Here is the information regarding the processing of your order: Validated orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders from Friday noon to Sunday, as well as on holidays or during vacation periods.
For pre-ordered items: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as these items are ready for shipment.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by 10 to 45 days. In this case, we will inform you by phone or email.
